Our showroom on Southview Rise is now OPEN by Appointment Only!
The health and wellbeing of our customers and employees is always our number one priority, so in light of current government guidelines we have put measures in place to keep everyone as safe as possible. These include:
- Making our showroom open by appointment only to enable our customers to shop and try equipment safely while adhering to social distancing where possible
- Providing hand sanitiser for both customers and staff
- Regular reminders about the importance of washing hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- Providing gloves and masks
- Extra cleaning of high contact areas and communal space
We will review these guidelines regularly and implement additional measures wherever necessary.
Home Visits & Deliveries
For our customers that are unable to get to us, we are still offering home visits and deliveries but with hygiene and social distancing measures in place where possible.
We ask that if you or anyone in your household is feeling unwell or has a temperature leading up to your appointment you let us know so we can rearrange.
With technology being more accessible and usable for more people than ever before, we are offering a remote service through online video conferencing or over the phone. This is as an alternative to coming into the showroom and us coming out to you but still being able to talk ‘face to face’, where possible and appropriate.
This includes demonstrating products via video and discussing options as well as assessing customer’s needs.
