Christmas is coming even earlier in 2021

Whilst the Christmas calendar will be just the same as always, planning ahead for the festive season will inevitably begin earlier this year. In fact, major retailers are already urging consumers to start stocking up.

As many of you will be aware, there are considerable supply chain issues affecting ranges arriving from overseas, which has been going on for most of this year. Regrettably, this trend looks set to continue.

In a “normal” year, we would suggest to clients who need wheelchairs and scooters in time for Christmas to get their orders in by around the third week in November, to allow a four-week turnaround. This year is going to be entirely different. Delivery delays running into many months at a time is the new norm, unfortunately, which means NOW is the time to make your preparations, if at all possible.
